Our goal at The Gate House is to provide our customers with an affordable and casual dining experience without compromising the quality of ingredients. We believe that food is best in its most natural state, and despite the higher cost, we support humane and organic farm practices by serving cage-free eggs and organic dairy, and we operate 100% on solar and wind power. We pay homage to traditional Neopolitan pizza making techniques by using Tipo OO Italian flour, tomatoes from the San Marzano valley, fresh mozzarella and a seven hundred degree wood burning oven. In the summer, our organic garden provides us with fresh herbs and vegetables, many items come from our local farmers at the public market, and our Angus ground chuck burgers are NEVER frozen. We strive to bring our guests the tastes of our region, infused with world flavors, and prepared and presented in a healthful and beautiful way. Please enjoy.
